Weight Loss Goals

 Time for spring resolutions:

Current Weight: 72.6KG or 160lbsCurrent goal: lose 5% of body weight (7kg or 16lbs)

Changes i plan to make and follow during April 2013 to accomplish my weight loss goals and create a healthier lifestyle:

Diet:

  • Eat more fruis and vegetables
  • Drink more water
  • Eat low carb/ GI

Exercise:

  • Cardio
  • Strengths
